Our Vision
____________

In the globalized world, both companies and executives must be prepared for the intercultural challenges. On the one hand, companies must identify and develop the true intercultural competence; on the other hand, executives must know how to lead and
succeed in a multicultural environment.

This new intercultural competence has become essential, and it can certainly be
developed before, during and after an international experience through workshops
using modern psychological models and cross-cultural theories.

What is coaching?
__________________

The true coaching is a scientific-based method of human development. Its objective is mainly to assess and develop competences required to achieve personal and professional goals.

It consists of clearly-structured meetings in which the focus is to define goals, to evaluate current mental models and to direct action in the present and future to help individuals to succeed.

The Brazilian Way of Working
